Hi ! Little Giants Party Hire is located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Available for any type of function from 1st birthdays, weddings, christenings or just some entertainment for the littlies, we have ball pits, soft play playgrounds, mini merry go rounds and jumping castles that can keep those little ones busy for hours. We pride ourselves with the cleanliness of our equipment hygiene being top priority with any toy rental including the safety of those using our equipment being fully insured and with all employees being double vaccinated and holding current WWCC (working with children check). CANCELLATION | REFUND POLICY
Strict wet weather policy for all outdoor bookings
All outdoor bookings are subject to clear weather conditions only. Cancellations will occur if wet weather is forecast (or strong winds for inflatables). We give 48 HRS notice unless an alternative venue or full enclosed coverage has been arranged. We have the right to cancel to avoid any damages or personal injury. Cancellations within 7-days prior to date will incur loss of bond. Full refund provided if subject to poor weather (outdoor bookings only). Please notify us of any change of mind 7-days in advance of any cancellation.
*If a cancellation is made due to poor weather, unfortunately we can't reschedule to a later date if the date is already booked out.

DELIVERY & SETUP
Ensure a flat clear surface is available, please allocate if available or reserve parking for unloading & collection.
Little Giants Party Hire will setup all packages and collect all equipment with free delivery for Soft Playgrounds within 20km and within 15km for Jumping Castles & Ball Pits. Please ensure there is sufficient parking provided upon arrival for the unloading and collection of hire equipment. Unfortunately we may reject or refuse a booking if no suitable parking is available. Due to Health & Safety we don't do upstairs function rooms. Please allow up to 1 hour for completion of soft play packages as they do contain heavy items - times may vary due to accessibility to venue and package size. Jumping Castles please allow 30 minute setup time. Please note all setups require the same time for dismantle. *Travel surcharge applies (VAIRABLE) @ $1.61 per kilometer over 20km travel up to 60km (not radius). Long distance delivery quotations are limited over 60km are quoted at ($3.49 per km) includes loss of further bookings throughout the day, please contact us for a quote with the location of event.
BOND (CLEANING & DAMAGE BOND)
Please be respectful with equipment while in your care, as we do preparing your booking & with setup - being at your home or venue.
As much as we love to clean our equipment prior to and after your booking, we do have in place an excessive cleaning & damage BOND ($100.00). Partial loss of bond will occur if;

1. Food or any forms of liquids is found within play area

2. Ballpit balls not in ball pit on collection exceeding a 2m radius (safety reasons we do not want to be crawling around venue collecting balls).

3. EVA foam matting found damaged by footwear or instrument.

4. Playground unreasonably mistreated including any damages found will result in loss of bond and or additional charges.

Please ensure all equipment is clean as per arrival. A partial Loss of Bond may occur to cover all cleaning costs. The hiree' persons' named hiring will be held accountable & liable to any damages caused during the hire period. Damages exceeding BOND amount will require further action, excessive damage to which goods can no longer be used the hiree' persons' named hiring is held liable to cover full repair and or replacement costs. It is the hiree's responsibly to ensure all equipment is safe and protected during the rental period whilst in their care.

SOFT PLAY - NEW ADDITIONS
Little Giants Party Hire has a wide variety of soft play equipment available for hire. All play equipment are cleaned and washed prior to any booking with additional wipe downs once playgrounds have been setup.
Throughout the next few months were glad to announce the arrival of some new additional play items, these items will be added to packages at no additional costs. Available for a limited time until finding new homes within a new package.

HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All packages and jumping castles are to be laid on a flat clear surface away from any sharp objects, pets, water, or any hazardous items.2. Little Giants Party Hire does not provide staff during the rental, hired period the rentee, person(s) named hiring must provide their own supervision by a parent or guardian at all times while equipment is in use.3. Please remove all footwear, piercings, gum, food and drinks before entering play area (excessive cleaning Fee may apply).4. Playground to be used by children 1-5 years of age unless provided signage states otherwise NO ADULTS.5. In the case of severe weather change please switch off any power source and electrical units and remove all children from area. Please cover equipment with provided essentials ie: tarp.6. It is the rentee, person(s) named hiring who is held accountable for any unjustified/ intentional damages that may occur whilst equipment is in their care. In result loss of bond will occur, any excessive damage the rentee, person(s) named hiring is accountable for repair costs. 7. Please do not smoke in or around the play area or equipment 8. Electrical units (Merry Go Rounds) are to be operated by an instructed and trained adult only, over the age of 18 years. Maximum 5 children at any one time between the ages of 2-5 years while unit is in operation with a combined weight no greater than 40kgs. 9. If an item within a package malfunctions or fails to provide in which it was intended to do, please contact us immediately to correct this issue. 10. Please do not run within any soft play playground packages and around any rental equipment. 11. For the safety of all users using our equipment, please obey all signage's provided.
12.The Hirer' persons' named hiring will be held accountable to any further damages exceeding BOND amount while goods are under their supervision during the hired period. Excessive damage to which goods can no longer be used, the hirer' persons' named hiring is held liable to all repairable and or replacement costs.
13. Completed setup - Playgrounds are not to be rearranged once setup is complete. Layouts are done according to specific safety measures and must remain as laid out during the entire hire period.
14. Loyalty Discounts: Please REF previous booking number to obtain discount (applies to 2nd, 3rd bookings)
15. Further hire terms & conditions rental agreement available within confirmation email, on booking approval. Rentee agrees to all Terms, during the rental period.
